"Almost 3 Months - No Shirt, No Refund"
I ordered a sample shirt on 2/15 before marketing my business. I was supposed to get by 3/13. When I didn't, I contacted them on 3/22. They said they were experience high volume and integrating a new production partner. My new ETA was by 4/20. On 4/24, I contacted them because I still hadn't received. They then told me there must have been some glitch because everything had been integrated and mine must have somehow gotten missed. They said currently it is only taking 10 business days. They were supposed to be checking on it. On 5/9, I still hadn't heard anything. I then told them I wanted a refund. He told me he was submitting to finance and he would confirm with me that afternoon or no later than the following morning. It is now 5/11 and I can't get anyone to respond to me on chat.
So almost 3 months and no shirt and no refund.

Contacted customer services, and they offered a one-time replacement instead of a refund. Figured let's give it a shot, but the same "In production" nonsense for 6 weeks. Wasted time and money.

"I had challenges with some shirts"
I had some shirts made that had a dull look to the print. I had ordered previously and they came out spectacular so I had the same expectation. When I reached out to T-spring and provided them with the feedback and photos, Lilibeth handled the customer service inquiry like a champ by assuring me it would be handled and IT WAS HANDLED. Happy customer here!

As a business owner this company is a mickey mouse operation. I've ordered numerous products and I get disappointed every time. Backorders, delays and high prices. I don't even get a discount for getting a sample product of my own. I've tried them multiple times to give them chances and yet they delay my products due to corona virus and shipping delays. I call BS. This is a POOR E-Commerce store and I currently link them on my website. I hope to find another POD T-Shirt company that is not full of excuses. Not only were my products delayed but they are not good quality print. Very faded and print quality wears off after a few washes. I ordered in February and did not receive until late march. Sticker came 2 months later
