"I had a problem with my order, so..."
I had a problem with my order, so I reached out to support not really knowing how long it would take. But they got back to me fast, which was a nice surprise. Who doesn’t appreciate not having to wait forever for a reply? It did take a little while to fully get everything fixed, but there wasn’t a bunch of annoying back and forth, and they actually helped me sort it out. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Got my creator shop up fast"
I used Teespring to put together a little shop for my designs. It was easy. I had stuff live sooner than I thought.
A few things took some poking around. Mostly product options and tweaking the store page. Not hard, just not obvious right away.
Overall, it works fine. I’d use it again. One star off because the dashboard could be simpler.

"Design was accurate, though I was a little worried"
I ordered a shirt with my own design and expected something to be a bit off, like the colors looking weird or the placement shifting. But it came out pretty much exactly like the preview. The colors were close, the lines were clean, and nothing looked moved around. I’m usually picky about stuff like this, so I was relieved it turned out as accurate as it did.
"Fit was smaller than expected"
The shirt runs a bit smaller than I thought it would. It’s still wearable, so I’m not making a big deal out of it, but the sizing feels kind of hit or miss. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i never really trust that they’ll be much help with stuff like this

"Site was a bit frustrating to use"
I was trying to set up a shirt, and it ended up being more annoying than I expected. The pages were loading slowly for me, and a few of the buttons weren’t super clear, so I kept clicking around just to find basic things.
I did manage to finish it eventually, but the whole layout feels kind of messy and not very beginner-friendly. A cleaner dashboard and better previews would make a big difference...
"Checkout was easy"
Paid for it real quick, didn’t run into any weird steps or anything. Smooth overall

"The shirts were fine overall, nothing terrible, but..."
The shirts were fine overall, nothing terrible, but I expected a little better for what I ended up paying. Maybe I’m just getting picky, but the final price felt high compared to the quality. I was actually more excited about the package arriving than the shirts themselves, which reminds me I still need to return something else sitting by my door. Anyway, not a bad buy, just not really worth the price to me
"A very creative way to keep creators' money"
I want to share my experience with Spring (formerly Teespring) to warn other creators about a policy that can trap small earnings.
A few years ago I opened an account, uploaded some designs and started selling. Later I went out of business, so I decided to withdraw the remaining balance and close the account.
However, I discovered that Spring enforces a minimum payout threshold of $25. Because my balance is about $20, I cannot withdraw it.
My experience with Spring (formerly Teespring) has been enlightening.
Since I went out of business, I obviously stopped using the platform, so I contacted support with a simple request: withdraw my balance and close the account.
That's when I discovered the $25 minimum payout threshold. My balance is around $20.
I asked if a manual payout could be arranged, even if that meant paying a processing fee or receiving a reduced amount.
I also suggested escalating the case since the account would be closed anyway.
Support repeatedly replied with the same line: "This requirement cannot be overridden. You'll need to reach the $25 minimum to request a payout. We can help you create new designs and launch the listings".
I explained multiple times that I am no longer selling and have no intention of uploading new designs. The practical result is clear: the only way to receive money already earned is to generate more sales on a store that no longer exists.
Support offered every time to help me create new designs so I could launch new listings—despite me explaining I want to close the account. This suggests replies are template responses sent without reading.
The situation: I sold products, earned a balance, am no longer using the platform, but cannot withdraw funds below $25 unless I keep selling indefinitely.
From a customer experience standpoint, this raises an obvious question: how many small balances remain permanently locked in inactive accounts simply because they are a few dollars below the threshold?
Processing a $20 payout would likely cost less than the time spent sending template responses explaining why it cannot be done. I would have accepted a processing fee or reduced payout just to close the account. That option does not exist.
In conclusion, if you're considering using Spring as a creator, my suggestion would be: don't.

"Mostly right, but something felt a bit off"
The shirt did arrive with the design I picked and the size was correct, so I’ll give them that. The colors were noticeably darker than what I saw in the preview though, which makes me wonder if the final print was checked against it very closely.
It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just not quite what I thought I was paying for. I might order again if it’s something small, but I’d be a little cautious next time

"Pretty good tracking overall"
I ordered a shirt from Teespring and the tracking updates were good for the most part. I got an email when it shipped, and it was easy enough to keep an eye on where the package was. There was one point where the tracking didn’t move for a day or two, which was a little annoying, but it showed up fine in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again.

"I was let down by this shirt..."
I was let down by this shirt. The material felt cheap right away, and the print looked dull like it had already been washed a bunch of times. For the price, give me a break. I definitely wouldn’t buy from Teespring again

"Still makes me happy after a bunch of washes"
I bought a shirt from Teespring a while ago, i’m still pleased with it. I’ve washed it a bunch of times now, and the print still looks great, no cracking or peeling that I can see. The shirt itself feels fine too, so overall it’s been a nice little win.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered a shirt from Teespring thinking it would show up in maybe a week, give or take. Yeah, definitely not. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking was basically useless half the time.
I kept checking my email like an idiot, hoping for some kind of update, but there was barely any real info. By the time it finally arrived, the thing I needed it for had already passed, so that was frustrating.
The shirt itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad. It’s just hard to be happy with the order when the shipping made the whole experience such a hassle. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date...

"Refund took forever"
Ugh. The return process was more confusing than it needed to be, and support took days to get back to me. I did finally get my refund, but wow, it was way slower than I expected.

"Payouts have been reliable, even though I’m torn on platforms"
I’ve been selling on Teespring for a while now, the payouts have always shown up when I expected them to. I still feel a little conflicted because I’ve used other platforms I’m loyal to, but Teespring has been hard to complain about on this part. It’s not flashy or anything, it just works, and from the seller side that’s really what I need.

"Tees arrived right on schedule"
I ordered two t-shirts and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The tracking was easy to follow and accurate, which I appreciated. The only small downside was that the packaging looked a little bent when it arrived, but the shirts themselves were fine. Overall, a good experience and I’d order from them again.

"Never received my order. Still waiting for refund ."
3 months after making an order, it was only partial filled. To get a refund, I have only received apologies and excuses but no action. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this company.
if there was a minus review value, I would love to give that.
